Aged in French Oak over 14 months.  200 cases produced.

Aromas: Fresh berries, dark cherries and forest floor

Flavors: Berry cobbler, mocha and vanilla bean

Profile: Medium weight, sweet mid-palate, polished tannins.  Pair beautifully with steak and comfort foods.

Aromas: Raspberries, violets and baking spices

Flavors: Ripe dark fruits, wild berries and black cherries

Profile: Medium bodied, plush tannins, vibrant acidity and a complex palate. Pair beautifully with spicy food, or enjoy it on its own!

2019 Bennett Valley Single Vineyard Pinot Noir

Aged in French oak barrels for over 14 months.  288 cases produced.

Aromas: Strawberries, baking spices, and caramel

Flavors: Plums, tart cherries, raspberries, hint of forest and leather.

Profile: Medium weight with a silky mouthfeel, balanced acidity and polished tannins.  2019 had a low yield and as the result, produce wine that were deliciously intense for Pinot Noir. Pair beautifully with delicious food, or enjoy it on its own!
