2021 Bennett Valley Single Vineyard Pinot Noir

Aged in French oak barrels for over 14 months. 175 cases produced

Aromas: Dark cherry, plum, baking spices.

Flavors: Dark plum, cherries, hints of forest floor and baking spices.

Profile: Made in the style of our 2015 vintage. Generally dry and warm spring and summer made for low yield with small tight clusters. Medium weight, well balanced with ample dark fruit flavors and skin tannins. This wine is delightfully young now and will age gracefully.
