Bennett Valley Pinot Noir

Aromas: Strawberry, flowers.

Flavors: Strawberry, watermelon, apricot.

Profile: Our first rose vintage. Youthful, bright fruit flavors and acids blend on the palette to transport you to Southern France. This wine is a gorgeous salmon color and is delightful as a warm weather treat, and goes great with light cheeses and charcouterie, shellfish, and by itself. Serve chilled.

Aromas: Dark cherry, plum, baking spices.

Flavors: Dark plum, cherries, hints of forest floor and baking spices.

Profile: Made in the style of our 2015 vintage. Generally dry and warm spring and summer made for low yield with small tight clusters. Medium weight, well balanced with ample dark fruit flavors and skin tannins. This wine is delightfully young now and will age gracefully.

Profile: Medium weight with a silky mouthfeel, balanced acidity and polished tannins. 2019 had a low yield and as the result, produce wine that were deliciously intense for Pinot Noir. Pair beautifully with delicious food, or enjoy it on its own!
